Elected by the voters of Franklin County to serve as commissioner in 2016. Boyce brings experience as a State Representative, State Treasurer for Ohio and Columbus City Councilmember to the Board of Commissioners.


Implemented programmatic changes as State Treasurer that reduced operating costs and saved taxpayers millions of dollars, earning the office a national award.


Led a not-for-profit education organization that invested over $100 million dollars in Ohio’s public school system, implementing cutting edge education, models to expand opportunities for students.
